Almost nobody in this category publishes a price. We do — and we'll show you the math on everyone else, so you can walk into any vendor call already knowing what the number should be.

The four ways to buy pipeline
Four models, four cost structures. The right one depends on your deal size, your team, and whether you have anyone who actually wants to run outbound.
| Model | What it costs | What you get | The catch |
|---|---|---|---|
| In-house SDR team | $360K+/yrfor four SDRs, fully loaded · $30K+/month | Total control. People who only work on you and learn your product deeply. | Six months to ramp. High churn — many leave before they're productive. Your window between rounds is shorter than their ramp time. |
| AI SDR software | $250 – $2,000/motypical published range | List building, sequencing, sending — at a scale no human matches. Cancel any month. | It doesn't include an operator. Nobody at the vendor carries a quota. An unrun tool books zero meetings at any price. |
| SDR agency (retainer) | $5,000 – $12,000/motypical range · 6–12 month contracts | Real humans prospecting on your behalf, accountable for a meetings number. | Reps are often shared across clients, and rep churn resets everything they learned about your business. |
| Pay-per-meeting | $150 – $600per qualified meeting | You pay only for outcomes. The volume risk sits with the vendor, not you. | The definition of "qualified" is doing enormous work in that sentence. Read it very carefully before you sign. |
| SDR.ai (hybrid) | $7,000/mo+ $2,500 setup · no long-term contract | One SDR running 10 AI-powered LinkedIn accounts and up to 125 dials a day — AI volume, human conversations. | Needs a real ICP. If you can't name who should buy, we can't help you — and we'll say so on the call. |

The only number that matters
Monthly price tells you almost nothing. A $400/mo tool that books two meetings is more expensive than a $7,000/mo program that books twenty. The number that survives a board meeting is cost per qualified meeting — and it's the one number most vendors will not volunteer.
$1,200+ per qualified meeting. That's the real, fully loaded number once you count salary, benefits, tooling, management time, and the months of ramp you paid for and got nothing from.
Unknowable in advance. The tool is cheap; the outcome depends entirely on whether someone competent is running it every day. Cost per meeting swings from excellent to infinite.
Roughly $350 per qualified meeting. $7,000/mo against 20+ qualified meetings a month from a single SDR.* Live in days, not quarters.
The comparison, in one line
Same meeting. Same calendar. Roughly a third of the cost — and without a six-month ramp or a hiring plan you have to defend to your board.*
Run your own number
Most teams have never calculated this. Drag in your real spend and your real meeting count — the answer is often uncomfortable, and it's the number your CFO will eventually ask for anyway.
Your cost per qualified meeting
That's 7.1× the SDR.ai benchmark of $350.

Being straight with you
Vendors love to imply the price is about them. Mostly it's about you. Four things drive it, and knowing them lets you push back on a quote intelligently.
A sharp ICP is the single biggest cost lever there is. Vague targeting means wasted volume, and wasted volume is what you're paying for.
Email-only is cheap because it's easy. The moment someone has to actually talk to your prospects, the price goes up — and so does the conversion.
Below a certain ACV, no outsourced motion pays for itself. If a $7K/mo program can't clear its own cost against your deal size, don't buy one. We'll tell you that.
Take this to any vendor
Ask these of us and of everyone else you're evaluating. A vendor who won't answer all five in writing is telling you something.
01What is my cost per qualified meeting — not per seat?
The number that matters. If they can't estimate it, they don't know their own conversion rates — which means you'd be the one funding their education.
02How do you define "qualified"?
Get it in writing. A meeting that no-shows, or with someone who can't buy, is not a meeting. This single definition is where pay-per-meeting deals quietly go wrong.
03Who specifically runs my account, and how many other clients do they have?
"A dedicated team" often means a rep split four ways. Ask for a name and a number.
04What happens at day 90 if the meetings aren't there?
The answer is either "you walk" or "you're in a contract." There is no third answer, and you need to know which one you're buying.
05What's the total first-year cost, including setup?
Monthly fees hide onboarding, data, and tooling charges. Ask for one number for twelve months. Ours: $2,500 setup plus $7,000 a month.
Our pricing, in the open
You shouldn't have to sit through a discovery call to find out whether we're in your budget. Two programs, both priced publicly, neither with a long-term contract.
One SDR runs LinkedIn-first outreach across up to 10 of your team's profiles — then dials every warm connection until meetings land on your calendar.
$7,000/mo + $2,500 setup · no long-term contract
An AI SDR reaches every MQL in minutes across email and LinkedIn, backed by human dials, so the pipeline you funded stops leaking between marketing and sales.
$5,500/mo + $2,500 setup · no long-term contract

Thirty minutes. We map the model to your actual accounts and show you what 90 days of pipeline looks like against your real deal size — before you spend a dollar. If the math doesn't clear your bar, we'll be the ones to say so.
